Okay I just had the best bagel in fort Worth and definitely the best bagel sandwich. These bagels have a perfect crust and a delightful chew something you can only get by boiling first and then baking. It's an absolutely hidden gem and I cannot recommend it enough. I had the seabird which is an everything bagel with seaweed which I didn't even know I needed. I had it as a bagel sandwich bacon egg and cheese with garlic and herb cream cheese it absolutely knocked my socks off. You have to try this place just make sure to leave enough for me.

I love Birdy’s! I have been a fan for a long time! From her pop up days- to her residency at the Holly! The entire team is always so incredibly friendly and patient, the bagels themselves are amazing, Birdy’s is just what ft. Worth has been missing! My go to bagel is a salt bagel with cream cheese, but lately I’ve loved whatever the β€œsomething sweet” bagel is! Now that they’re at the Holly, the experience is even better, shorter wait times, more seating, it’s the perfect set up!

Holly is such a special human, and the bagels follow suit. My husband and I have been following Birdy’s around at pop-ups for over a year now and are so thrilled that they are now set up in such a perfect, more permanent residency. The bagels are chewy, flavorful, and clearly made with love and skill. The Seabird is a standout, and hard to pass up, but we also always look forward to seasonal and limited offerings. Of the few bagel options in Fort Worth, Birdy’s takes the cake, no contest.
